  • How can I book a table?
    Tables can be booked via our website, viaemail or over the phone
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes - when booking during busier periods, we require a £5 security deposit per person. When a member of staff marks your party as having arrived, this amount is automatically refunded to your account (this can take up to 5 working days). In the event of a no show, we allow a 15 minute grace period, after this the table will be released and the deposit retained. In the event of the number of guests in attendance falling below that of the booking (e.g. table of 6 booked and only 4 attend), the deposit for those not in attendance will be retained. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the booking, the deposit will be retained. In the event of any damage caused during your visit, the deposit (in part or in whole) will be retained.
  • Why are bookings limited to 2 hours?
    Tables are automatically limited to a 2-hour time-slot to ensure as many customers are able to enjoy Blakemere Village Social! If you require a longer time-slot, please get in touch with the team and they will assist you further. You are also more than welcome to book back-to-back time-slots (subject to availability). The team will not limit your table to 2 hours if it is not required for bookings later in the day.
  • Are you a child-friendly venue?
    Yes, children are more than welcome! During the evening children must remain seated at all times. Please note: events may have a minimum age requirement, please check the event page for this information. We operate a Challenge 25 policy when alcohol is purchased.
  • Are you a dog-friendly venue?
    Yes, we have several dog-friendly tables.
  • Ts & Cs: Event tickets
    1. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event. Changes to the line up or venue do not constitute material change, and therefore do not qualify for a refund. In the event of cancellation by us, the full value of the ticket less any booking fees, transaction fees, postage, and insurance will be refunded to your original payment method, we are unable to refund to alternative accounts. Please note that some tickets contain a hidden booking fee. If you would like to know this fee before purchasing, please get in touch. In some cases there will be a deadline for a refund / new date request which may invalidate your refund request if not responded to in time. 2. If you pay a deposit for a ticket and miss the advertised deadline to pay the balance, your deposit will be void and no refund due. 3. In the event of Blakemere Village Social acting negligently, we will refund your full payment including booking fees. These scenarios are extremely rare and include us failing to send tickets as required nor arranging door collection in the alternative. 4. We are unable to accept any liability or replace any tickets lost, stolen or damaged after they have been received by you. 5. The Rules and Regulations of the venue which this ticket was purchased must be adhered to. 6. Although we will do our best to keep you informed of any cancellation, it is the ticket holders' responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. 7. Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches on entry. Should you be refused entry for any reason, we are not liable to refund you for the ticket you have purchased. 8. You are advised to check if the venue has a last entry time. Event ticket holders may not be admitted after this time. 9. Customers are advised that event content is uploaded to our website and social media channels. We endeavour to monitor this for accuracy and decency but are not liable for this information. 10. There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets if management alters or varies the programme/artists due to events or circumstances beyond its control. 11. There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets should an event organiser subsequently offer any discount or promotion that makes tickets available at a price lower than that previously paid by any customer. 12. Tickets are not transferable. If not purchased directly from our website, tickets may be declared void and will not guarantee entry to the venue. 13. Laser pens, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink is prohibited 14. Blakemere Village Social accept no responsibility for any personal property. 15. Ticket holders consent to filming, sound recording and photography as members of the audience. 16. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English law. 17. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number. 18. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets we believe to have been purchased fraudulently. 19. Our ts and cs are in line with 'Which? Consumer Rights' - 20. Our Privacy Policy forms a part of our ts and cs We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website, any interruption or any failure to complete a transaction. 21. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of Blakemere Village Social, if an exchange is granted, it will be subject to a £5 administration fee plus or minus the difference of the ticket(s). 23. The customer accepts full responsibility for all contact information on their customer account and must ensure it is updated when necessary. We accept no responsibility for information not received by the customer due to out of date contact information.
  • Ts & Cs: Offers and Promotions
    1. Offers/promotions are redeemable where stated on advertisements, excluding: - bank holidays; - school holidays, and - ticketed events. 2. Offers are subject to availability and can only be used when making the purchase shown, in accordance with the terms explained. 3. Where a required spend must be met, it must all be in one transaction. 4. Only original coupons will be accepted – photocopies and duplications will not be accepted. 5. The redeeming of an offer/promotion is at the discretion of the on-duty Manager. 6. Offer have no cash value and will not be exchanged for cash, nor change given. 7. Offers/promotions cannot be redeemed in conjunction with one another, unless otherwise stated. 8. Offers/promotions bestowed upon an individual can only be redeemed by said individual. 9. We can change or withdraw offers at any time, and reserve the right to refuse offers on purchases.
